A children’s birthday party is a working day for the parents. Cake, invitations, presents and 12 kids with more energy than you have. The magic show is the part of the party where the children focus on one thing and you get to catch your breath.
I have performed for children professionally for 15 years. I do around 200 shows a year in daycares, schools and at birthday parties. In 2025, 42 of those were birthday parties. The show is performed in English, and it has been the highlight at parties for families from over 20 countries living in the Helsinki area.
The show suits children aged 4 to 10. The birthday child gets to assist the magician, and the adults laugh at the same jokes as the kids.

No VAT is added (Finnish VAT Act, Section 45) and there are no travel costs within a 200 km driving radius of Helsinki. The price you see is the price you pay.
Only one show per weekend
I take one booking per weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. Spring and autumn weekends are usually booked 4 to 8 weeks in advance. If the party is on a weekend, ask now.
Tell me the date, the town and the child’s age, and I will reply the same day.
Practical details
- The show needs about 2 x 3 metres of space. A normal living room is enough.
- I bring the sound system, backdrop and magic table. You do not need to arrange anything.
- I arrive well in advance and set up while the kids are having cake.
- I perform indoors only. Outdoors, sound, light and wind turn the show into a gamble.
- The ideal group size is 5 to 25 children. Larger groups by agreement.
